Invitation
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is a great opportunity for the Energy Club, Kolkata and Energy Management Department of IISWBM, to conduct a National Seminar on "National Energy Scenario-Present Status and Future Prospect", on September 21 & 22, 2001 at IISWBM, Kolkata.
This proposal to hold a National Seminar has been evolved by the members of the Energy-club, Kolkata in their first two meetings and the theme and sub-themes have been decided by the members of the Organizing Committee, hence formed for this purpose.
This is the first seminar to be conducted in the Eastern region of the country by the Energy-club, Kolkata and Energy Management Department of IISWBM, where experts, faculty and students concerned with Energy, gathered and conceived in their meetings towards sharing experience on implementing energy conservation methodologies and concept in real life situation.
It is a great pleasure for us to invite you in this important National Seminar at the auditorium of IISWBM, Kolkata on 21st and 22nd September, 2001.
We also request you to be a member of the Energy club and participate in the seminar and give your valuable opinion, so that the Energy-club, Kolkata may become more successful in building this type of external relationship in the form of conducting seminar, workshop in near future.
Enclosed please find the Application Form(Membership) and Brochure(National Seminar) for your use. To facilitate the arrangements kindly send the registration form duly filled in by 31st August, 2001. All payments are to be made by cheque/draft drawn in favor of Indian Institute of Social welfare & Business management' at Kolkata.
The Organizing Committee earnestly believes that your participation and/or scientific contribution will be highly informative and instructive. We assure you that you will have enjoyable, memorable and unique experience during the Seminar.
